Robert “Dr. Bob” Reeves, M.D., AAAM: has practiced medicine for 31 years in settings as varied as the emergency department and EMS medical director of a busy community hospital to his current practice of aesthetics as a solo practitioner in Johnson City, TN. A graduate of The University of TN Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN, he is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. He is licensed in TN, VA, and NC.

Rhonda Phillips: Registered Medical/Surgical Technician and, Certified Laser Technician: is an upper East Tennessee native, and a graduate of East Tennessee State University Medical/Surgical Assisting Program, Johnson City, TN. May 1985, and The National Laser Institute of Scottsdale, AZ. August 2009. She has several years experience in Cosmetic, Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery working as a Surgical Technician. In addition, Rhonda is a member of the Association of Surgical Technicians of Tennessee. She enjoys making people feel and look better about their appearance, “it brings a smile to my face”. Rhonda, is compassionate and sincere when it comes to the safety of all clients.

Hope Fields‐Isley: Certified Laser Technician and, Licensed Aesthetician (Skin Care Specialist): is a Tennessee native, and a graduate of The National Laser Institute of Scottsdale, AZ. June 2009, and Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology and Aesthetics in Johnson City, Tn. June 2007. Before deciding to pursue “Aesthetics” as a profession, she attended East Tennessee State University for two years majoring in Nursing. Additionally, Hope is very passionate about building “self confidence” in clients, and finds her job very rewarding. She is a current member, of the ASCP, (Association of Skin Care Professionals), an organization that recognizes an Aesthetician’s “Practice of Safety during Procedures” as well as “Practicing Professional Ethics”.
